**Key Responsibilities:**
- Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and ensure it is well-organized.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dish stations as directed by kitchen staff.
- Help with keeping the kitchen area clean and free of hazards at all times.
- Support other kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed, such as food prep or restocking supplies.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitary standards.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
